She asked why clouds don't fall. Spent ten minutes on evaporation on the school run. Dinosaur boots with a tutu again.

Your WeaveTuesday, May 6

She is four years old and in a hurry to get somewhere.

Mia set off for school with questions bigger than the morning, starting with why clouds don't fall. She wore her dinosaur boots with a tutu, already a whole person with opinions.

By evening she had claimed the bedtime story for herself, reading to Dad with the seriousness of someone who has decided she is, in fact, basically a grown-up.

“She called it pasketti until she didn't. He carried a rock for two weeks because it had good energy. These are the things you think you will never forget.”

You will. The phases don't announce themselves. They just end.

It works quietly

You are living it. You are just not keeping it.

Journals require time you don't have, writing skill you shouldn't need, and memory that is already fading by the time you sit down.

Woven Moments removes the blank page entirely. You each leave a quick note, and by morning they become one story.

1

You already do this.

A voice note on the school run. A photo at dinner. Three words typed before bed. Let the app hold what you are already noticing.

2

You each see a different part of the day.

One of you caught the funny thing she said at breakfast. The other was there for bedtime. Neither is the whole day. Together, they are.

3

A story is waiting when you wake up.

While you sleep, everything both of you logged becomes one warm, specific Weave, ready before the day starts.

A sample Weave

This is what two quick notes become.

Wednesday, March 12

He has been carrying a rock in his pocket for eleven days. He says it is not ready to go home yet.

It is grey, with a white stripe running across it like a seam. He showed it to Mom before breakfast and explained, very seriously, that it had good energy. After dinner he built it a house on his windowsill, with four Legos for furniture. Dad reports he was fully serious about this.

In other news: he ate all of his broccoli, because broccoli are little trees and he is a giant.

He is making the whole world make sense in the only way that makes sense to him. We are taking notes.

The notes it came from

MMomlogged

Rock again before breakfast. Grey, white stripe, good energy. Day eleven. Also ate all his broccoli because they're little trees and he's a giant.

DDadlogged

Noah built a house for his rock on the windowsill after dinner. 4 Legos as furniture. Fully serious. Says it isn't ready to go home yet.

Two quick notes. One story they will read someday.

What you are actually building

A record of their childhood, without really trying.

The everyday record

Not just the big moments. The Tuesday evenings, the car-ride conversations, the phases you didn't know were phases until they were over.

No writing skill needed

No twenty-minute ritual. Snap a photo, leave a voice note, type three words. The app does the rest.

A gift they open later

In ten years your kids can read who they were at four. The rock in the pocket. The clouds question. The dinosaur-boots phase.

Letters

Write a sealed letter to your partner. It waits in Memories until they open it.

Patterns

Spot a phase worth naming? Tag it, and keep a record of every phase, habit and quirk.

Why it actually works

The blank page was always the wrong starting point.

Traditional journaling is a beautiful habit for people with the time to keep it. Most parents don't have that time. Woven Moments was built for them.

Not at all. Log one thing or ten, whatever you have. If only one of you captures something on a given day, the story gets built from that. There is no minimum, and no streak to protect.

Every night, everything both of you logged that day is combined into a single, beautifully written story. Your Weave appears in the app each morning, your family's day told back to you as something worth keeping.

Choose 'Invite my partner' during setup, or any time from Settings, to get a unique invite code. Share it with your partner. They sign up and enter your code to link your accounts. Takes about 30 seconds.

Yes. Your partner's entries appear in your shared journal in real time, and you can react or reply to them as the day unfolds. The magic of the morning Weave is seeing both of your days told back as one story.

Only you and your partner can see your journal. We never sell your entries, never show you ads, and never use your journal to train AI. To write your Weave and transcribe voice notes, your entries are processed by our AI providers, who are not permitted to train on them either. Nobody at Woven reads your journal unless a concern is reported to us or the law requires it.

Your entries, photos, and Weaves are all preserved. Canceling your subscription never deletes anything. Your account simply returns to a read-only state so you can still browse everything you have built together. If you choose to permanently delete your account, you can do that at any time from Settings. Your account, entries, and photos are permanently removed. Weaves you made together, including any photos in them, stay with your partner, since they belong to both of you. You can also request a full export before leaving by emailing hello@wovenmomentsapp.com.

Nothing bad happens and nothing resets. Days without entries simply won't produce a story. All your past Weaves stay saved and searchable. Woven Moments is designed to fit around a real family's life, not make you feel guilty about it.

Your first 7 days are completely free, with no credit card required. After that, one subscription covers both partners: $6.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year (about $5/month), billed through the App Store. Prices outside the US are set by the App Store in your local currency and shown before you subscribe. Cancel anytime.

If it's an iPhone, yes. Woven Moments is a native iPhone app, free to download from the App Store. It isn't available on Android yet.

Tonight is already a story worth keeping.
